Stress affects everyone at different times in their lives. Stress and health are closely linked. It is well known that stress can induce body-mind disorders. Stress triggers changes in our bodies and makes us more likely to get ill. It can also make physical or emotional problems we already have worse.
Stress levels can build to the point where the sufferer begins to feel that it is affecting their live or they cannot cope. It's not always possible to change the situation that is causing the stress, but it is often possible to change the way that the sufferer reacts to the stress.
There are different types of hypnotherapy, and either clinical hypnotherapy or analytical hypnotherapy can be used, depending on your particular symptoms and the severity of your stress. Both can give you stress relief.
